OOC Comment Posts!

Okay, I made this blog because I was on another account of mine I made that I won't reveal and I came to notice that I got a comment, as obvious, I checked it. Oh, and guess what it was? Yes, it was a person (I don't plan to say names, I'm sure those who had this problem know already.) and this person said some random garbage for example:

"Oh hey, I am interested in your profile, e-mail me.."

However, there was much more- I didn't want to bore you. I just wanted to restate that Rule #5 On Rolepages says:

"5. No posting of OOC or real life information. You are not allowed to publicly post anything about yourself or others in real life. This includes real names, addresses, or phone numbers. You may post links to your own social network profiles, but posting of links to anyone else’s profile without their permission will be severely punished."

So, if that person who does that happens to stumble on this. Here's a small note:
I am not interested contacting you with an e-mail OOCerly- but yes if you want a Roleplay, go straight ahead.

Anyhow, I feel like there will be a few people who are going to explain how pointless this blog is but I just wanted to ask you people before I started to speak for anyone- I think I know the answer but I have to speak for Myself.

Do you guys get annoyed by these "interests" that people have on your profile?

I don't know if there's much I can do but that made me really kind of- shocked people come on this site and blindly post it. I mean, it doesn't make you get attention in a good way in my perspective, it's a bit trashy.

Again, if there's anything we can do to prevent it, shoot the idea! If there isn't, I guess we might have to ban them? I don't know, I'm not a admin or anything I just felt I had the right to express my thought on this.

That's most lilely a form of spamming and should be reported to the admins, while your right, ooc information shouldn't be shared publically I have known players exchange email addresses, skype names and facebook names via private chat, all I can tell you is if it bothers you, report the person

Honey, if they only post that they want your email, it is definately a spam. When you go onto their profile you'll see that they've done it on others profile's. Simply delete the comment and carry on.

It's totally a spam comment. I had a few of these in the past and have seen some of these comments of the exact same comment on other people's pages. I just ignored it and deleted the comment. But it would be good to ban or report them to an administrator.
