Um thats what everyone thought AT FIRST then in the series itachi said that madara contacted him then said he was tobi

Actually there is a massive speculation that the coffin Madara was so surprised about in the new just released anime episodes may have been madara's younger brother, OR the first Hokage himself. But Tobi/Madara is not Obito. kishimoto stated obito is dead and not madara at all. not to mention during his battle with Konan when he killed her he sacrificed his Sharingan using Izanagi to save himself from Konan's paper person of god technique. and killed her in the process to retrieve Nagato's rinnegan from Amegakure after Pain's death again'st naruto uzumaki. if Madara was obito he wouldn't have had two sharingan during his battle again'st konan since the latter would have been given to kakashi giving him only one. it's not hard to put two and two together here. also when kakashi was killed by pain during the invasion of konoha arc kakashi saw his friends Rin,Obito and Minato in the underworld of Yomi thus proving they were and are dead. if Tobi and madara are two different people but nothing to do with obito i'd like to know who myself. but the rest of the anime would have to be released yet.
