Welcome to the Dark Carnival

You are now in the Dark Carnival. Obviously the reason you're here is because you have died and are ready to be judged, or you work in the carnival, carrying out your duties. Or maybe you are one of the six Joker Cards.

You choose who you want to be.

Stay in character and respect others.

No killing other characters unless they are souls ready to be judged.

No mary sues or gary stus.

No godmodding.

There are only SIX joker cards. Do not add your own.

No sex of any kind. This is horror, supernatural and fantasy genre.

Comment by Aura on November 18, 2012 at 8:30pm: The sounds of blood curdling screams and shouts poured out from the gates of the carnival along with the music, almost as if it were some twisted melody. Blood covered the ground as people ran trying to escape while others already succumbed to their fate.

Magical Comment by John Constantine, Hellblazer. on August 18, 2012 at 4:35pm: It's the music that draws the magician towards the carnival. At least, that's what he'd tell himself. A fascination with the darkness, with death...this is more than likely the real reason. Whatever the cause may be, he arrives and instantly feels at home. He's been a ringmaster before, and quite a good one at that. He knows the inner-workings of such places better than most could ever dream of. Perhaps this is why he felt called here, and maybe...JUST maybe...for once he'll be leading the show instead of suffering.
