As you approach a large black gate, several armed guards direct you towards a scanner where you place your hand. A small prick releases a single drop of blood, confirming that you are indeed a vampire. The gates then open, permitting you to enter. As you make your way into the enter room, there is a large set of double doors to your right, once you enter you see a large, oblong shaped black marbled table in the middle of the room. There are several chairs with lush red velvet padding lining the table , each detailed in fine black stone. A single, larger chair sits at the head of the table with deep purple velvet and intricate scrolling arms.

Alekzandria enters the room dressed in a long flowing velvet dress of the deepest purple. A black velvet choker lines her neck and her long red locks are pinned back slightly on each side, flowing freely in the back. She walks slowly and gracefully towards the chair at the head of the table, taking her position and awaiting for the others to be seated so that the meeting may begin.

A young man in his mid 20's enters the Hall, his bearing is both aristocratic and familiar with the ways of the court. He is dressed in mid-nineteenth century clothing that to the trained eye indicates defensive magicks are woven into its very fabric. His long raven black hair is pulled into a ponytail and rests on his right shoulder held in place by two silver rings. Upon his throat is the spiked collar of Nosferatu but this man is clearly not of that house. His chromatic colored eyes meet those of the one seated at the head of the table. With precision and grace he bows and waits recognition before he will arise.

"Thank you Lady Alekzandria," Elexin says. he stands, walks to the side of the meeting table indicated and takes a seat , leaving one chair between he and the Lady, as respect for any other ranking Elder that will attend.

*beings to speak in with a soft, eloquent tone as she points to two empty chairs, one on each side of her*

As you have noticed, these chairs set empty. I think the time has come to change that. Over the next couple of weeks, I shall be selecting two advisers who shall form a Council of Elders to assist me in the duties of leadership and to act as advisers. Older, more mature vampires who can live by the law that w shall craft, who are disciplined and wish to serve our people should contact me PRIVATELY if they are interested in serving in this capacity.

I have been quietly observing you all over this past month or two, to assess what our needs were, where our weaknesses and strengths lie in order to draft an agenda for us. But before I continue, I want to hear from you.

Now is your time to speak, I want to hear what you need here? What changes you would like to see made, what issues need to addressed, or if you simply have questions. I open the floor up for discussions at this time.

i would like to become a real and true vampire.i know what im up against.
this is my true passion and desire. i want to do and say real spells and become a vampire

She sits in one of the chairs. She is currently examining the vampires in that room too.

A woman enters the room, her silver hair falling to her shoulders and blue jewels dangle delicately from her head. Her eyes glow a soft pink that stands out drastically from her pale skin. Large, metal armor graces her shoulders and a sword is strapped to her back. She wears an elaborate metal bra and panies of the same metal armor, along with matching metal gloves and thigh-high boots. She also wears a small pouch on her hip. Her pink eyes are cold as she surveys the room. "I have heard that a meeting is to happen here. I am a halfling, but I am willing to help."

There are no spells that can make one a true vampire, it is long process that must be dealt with carefully and with proper preparation.

I rarely turn anyone; however, I am willing to speak with you privately on the matter if you are willing to live by The Code which includes a prohibition of the Black Arts.
