I was born in the Ural Mountains to blood relatives of Vlad Tepes and was a savage and sadistic ruler of my clan while living. I had been mortally wounded by assassins but before I died, made a vow to a demon in exchange for more life. I offered to let the demon possess me for 100 years. The demon accepted my offer but before the end of the hundred years.... the Risen Vlad came to me and offered the Embrace. This gave me vampiric life but trapped the demonic spirit within, battling the vampiric beast for all my unlife.
I rose in the ranks of the Council quickly by all means necessary making few friends and many enemies, but even the pathetic Ventrues had to admit I was effective... Then an offer I could not turn from, To go into deep cover to infiltrate the Sabbat to weed them out. Some say when I returned ... I had never truly left the Sabbat but even those voices are following silent now. I am currently the temporary head of the Council of Elders since the disappearance of key members of the Inner Circle.
