Known to many during his time, as the twin sister of the Sage of Six paths. Really wasnt know about him, his name lost throughout history, though he has been there watching....

Early Life:

Her, and her brother Rikudou or the Sage of six paths, werent really humans. They were Exis. Exis are supernatural beings that are able to shift and change their destiny or change their being entirely. They themselves had a clan, located in a Dimension known as "Grandun"

 ℜein and both Rikudou, were the twins of the clans Leader. The clan was about advanced as it was during feudal times, only villages and such. Though in their Dimension everything was more dangerous. "Grandun" is what I would call hell and heaven. Hell for the weak, Heaven for the strong. Though I will tell you more about the Dimension in a different section. 

The twins, were inseparable, they were like glue. Never leaving each other alone, always friends, and rivals at the same time. There was never a time they weren't competing against each other, weather it be with their power or wits. Though ℜein when she was younger looked like a male. She had no chest, she had black hair, always died it white from time to time and had no idea weather or not she liked men or women. So she decided to act as a male for a while, wearing male clothes, well until she got older when she started wearing female ones.

Though their personalities couldn't be more different. ℜein was much more sadistic and unnerving. She had a taste for trouble and always seemed to get into the wrong crowd, but Rikudou was completely different. He had a since of justice, he wanted to defend the weak, he didn't despise anyone, he wanted harmony for the universe. 

Now I think you can see where this story is going. When the twins turned 17 it was time for them to leave the safety of the village and go out into "Grandun" and take set their own destiny. The brothers took two very different Directions. Rikudou traveled to earth, in a different dimension. ℜein took an extremely different path, she carved her name into history by dabbling in forbidden techniques. She killed demons, bathed in angels blood, destroyed entire pantheons. She was just looking to hurt someone or something. One day he decided to go back to his village.....She killed everyone. Her eyes changed. She called them the "Six Paths" Her brother obtained them a different way. Her brother the Sage had visited her one day, finding the clan dead, he was outraged. He wasnt as strong as me though. I had made quick work of him, and as I knocked him unconscious I implemented the Rinnegan into him. In the end what I really wanted was for him to kill me. I sent my brother back to earth. We wouldnt see each other ever again.

The Battle

ℜein had always been bitter toward her brother, She didn't show it but in her heart, there was always a burning passion within her to see him experience true pain. She had heard about his good deeds and accomplishments and how people praised him as a god on earth. ℜein knew what was really going on. He was sharing their clans secrets with the humans. It was disgusting to her. Her heart burned for retribution from the dark prison her mind lurked in. Though the darkness had engulfed him. She decided to look throughout "Grandun" for a demon that would destroy earth, and put an end to the traitor. She found it one year later. A large beast, with incredible power, it was a Higher demon, but different from most. 10 tails and black with one eye, soon to be called "Sharringan" Though having the Rinnegan she could actually obtain the Sharringan and Byakugan just by concentrating her power in different variations.

The beast and ℜein fought for dominance, but it was a one sided fight. The Demon had lost to the Exis, the Exis, having complete control over the demon, it seemed to have to do with his eyes. After a short recovery he sent the beast to earth, that was when the battle began. 

Since this story isnt about Rikudou and you probably already know how it ended, I will let you off in all the detail.

Soon after the battle ℜein became angry..too angry, that was when she decided to visit the earth himself. She posed as great women in history, leading men to great evils and self destruction as she poisoned society. She was trying to stain her brothers legacy, but it seemed it would never die. Many think the 10 Tails died, but he was scattered among nine individuals Called Jinchuriki. Though many can have the power over the beast, only I have complete dominance over it as it sees me as its true master. Though she isnt a Jinchuriki herself, having a bond with the tailed beast, she can draw direct power from its spirit to aid her or enhance her own incredible strength.

Her journeys took her everywhere. From the soul society to heaven, hell, the void, the abyss, the home of the vampire lord, and everywhere in between. Soon enough she fell into a deep depression, learning that her brother would never truly die, and that would haunt her forever.

Btw I suppose her current Species is...Hybrid? Because she is many different species, though her original is an Exis.
