{an a idea i wish to convey }

If i may i wanted my character to join into the new story arc as a major or sub plot type character. im working on  her {Zorana} As a demonic goddess or demi goddess depending on what is permitted by the dms or not.  

I planed to start small as a demoness who wants to become the goddess of all darkness and evil whom would either work with the Wyrd or try to help Plainview and the heroes fight. Either or she would be looking for a way to steal/obtain the power Wyrd controls.

With that said this is a suggestion im willing to take some critique an other ideas i coul have Zorana take instead of the one i provided.

People of the alliance and Hellifyno. Today at 01:30 Earth time 12:30 Hellifyno time The Alliance council convened. The question of the day was simple yet hard to answer. Do we aid a people under the rule of an oppressor when the alliance has already suffered loss. The answer it seemed was on of morality.
The vote has been cast and our answer is simple. Yes we will aid the rebellion. Long have we humans fought among ourselves to rid the galaxy of the military dictatorship of the UNSC. Now we feel it is the right of the people of Hellifyno to declare themselves independent of a dictator.
So with emergency powers in place i ask the 2nd fleet move out from Festa Colony. As of now we the people of the alliance shall support and aid the rebels against Daniel Plainveiw. I would urge any resistance force on the ground to send 2nd fleet a message. Weather it be weapons food or medical supplies. We are wholly open to you all.
Admiral Harper will conduct the operations and represent The Alliance in all matters relating to this. He has full authority as a diplomat and as a commander of our forces. Give the word and he get you what you need with all due speed.
