"The forces of the Universe work in mysterious ways," the one and only Xena Vielle said in our latest and first interview, "In ways that we may not expect, like, or even think about." As of late, the Elder of the Children of Light has acquired a few students to mentor in the ways of Gaia. "They are all very bright, and gifted. Each individual has their own unique twist on the way they percieve this new world they've been gifted with, and each has their own special ability affiliated with Gaia... Like Tanis and his arrows."

Within the past few months, Xena has been busy with teaching the three new Children of Light a thing or two about their gifts. One of them, the most recent, is a rather familiar face - Michael Zagurian. Another Child is Alea Zagurian, the ex-lover of one of our brave Silverhides. The last is someone who was very familiar with Gaia - or, as he refers to her as, Mishikal - in the past - Tanis.

It is unknown how Alea and Tanis came to be one of Gaia's Children. However, Michael's story is pretty common among the world of Hellifyno, maybe even Hyandria as well. When Michael, Xena, and some of the other heroes broke into Aark to re-capture Weary, they discovered that Augustus had brain-washed the woman into thinking that the Regime was actually the good side. No matter what they tried, they could not go beyond the mental exterior built by the Giovanni into her mind, even with Xena's Gaia abilities. However, the Light of Life had another plan. It would not be Xena who cleansed Weary's mind. It would be Michael, the General and proud Zagurian father, whose connection with the Queen would break the bond held by the evil vampire. A pillar of light hit Xena and Michael, as Xena recited a chant in a powerful unworldly voice, and made Michael, with the blessings of Gaia, a Child of Light.

It didn't end there.

Soon after Michael was gifted as a Child of Light, something else happened. He started to glow a purple-ish color, something like Nelly's hair color. This glow came from the Orb around his heart, protecting him, and claiming him as one of the thirteen members of the Valoncilium Luvostoa, aka, the Council of Light. He was crowned the title of Formestaris Violepuratti, which, according to Xena, translates into Purple Champion. "The title doesn't mean much," she continued. "It's just...a name the Spirits refer to him as. Nothing more, nothing less." When we asked her what she meant by spirits, the Elder refused to say more on the topic.

No one knows who could be the next Council member - Evelynne, Adam, Lexi, Ans, maybe even another Zagurian. But Xena could not confirm who, if anyone, was to be the next member of her Council of Justice, Light, Life, and Love. "I don't even know who they are until it happens. I may get a feeling here and there, but that's it." She shrugged.

In the mean time, Xena has been completing a project happily assigned to her by Tye Sampson - a temple dedicated to Gaia. "The current location is a secret, but I can give a hint at what the Valoci Tempelim has in store. The names for each section, room, and title of the Temple of Light will be in the same language used for Michael's title, and the Council of Light's name."

For the first time in the interview, the twenty-two year old smiled, a certain spark in her eyes as she was speaking. It was obvious how the woman had put her heart and soul into the project. "A part of the Temple will be a special garden, Garden of Paradise, or the Puuratarassa Paradiisi as the Monks, or the Munachukkis, and I call it. We've filled the sanctuary with exotic plants never seen before from Ghalihafiz." That's Xena's current home planet, the kingdom she rules in the name of Gaia Herself.

"In the center of the garden is a beautiful fountain, the Eläfonä Lävihdetæ," which translates into "the Fountain of Life". According to the Elder, the water from this fountain has been tainted, touched, by Gaia, and if you spoon some into your hands for a cool drink, it is as powerful as a single phoenix tear. The water heals you instantly. "I can't wait for this magnificant temple to be open to the public, for it will be a great benefit for the wounded and the men and women on the brink of death. It will be life changing, that is a promise..."
