OOC Announcement - Design and Profiles
The software that RolePages.com is built on has recently undergone an upgrade that has changed several aspects of the site. The most notable alteration is that the appearance of the site has changed slightly.
We have done our best to try and maintain the classic look and feel of RolePages while also taking advantage of some of the new abilities that this update has put at our disposal. Over the next few weeks we will be tweaking the design of the site in order to get it as perfect as possible.
Unfortunately, all visual customizations on individual member profiles were lost during this update. I apologize deeply for this, I know that many of you have worked very hard on the look and feel of your characters profiles.
Luckily your profile information was not lost, and you now have a new suite of tools at your command for recreating your custom profile themes. All you have to do is go to your profile page and click "Customize My Page" in order to access the new design features.
If anyone has any problems, or if you discover glitches or technical errors anywhere on the site, please contact myself or one of the Admins and let us know so that we can resolve the issue.

At this point we have managed to roll back the glitchy update which was causing the majority of the problems with Profiles, Internet Explorer, and Chrome. Your old profile customizations should be back in place as well.
This is an important update for the site but we have arranged to avoid integrating it with our system until all bugs have been resolved. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Same for me, Laryka. It seems like, according to discussions in the Tavern, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome aren't working. Whenever I try to customize my page (I have tried from all sources possible) my profile pops up. That's it. And I just updated to Internet Explorer 9 yesterday when my profile was in tact and everything.
Why is this happening!!!!!!!!!!!! And I heard that some people are having problems logging out, too!!!

Works for me already "fixed" my page up to look how I want it too again even if it is slightly different then it was before

I like the "flow" of the new look. And not that I mind a "naked" profile...but I wanted to play with the mentioned new suite of tools for customizing...however I'm having issues...they won't load or whatever, my profile pages loads with "errors".

All visual Profile customizations have unfortunately been lost, I do apologize for that. However your Profiles are now customizable using a new suite of tools which are available by clicking the "Customize My Page" link on the left hand side of your Profile page, underneath your character's name.

There is a tad problem. My Profile is both naked and I can't customize it. <./em>
