In the world of the Werecats, there are norms and taboos just like in any other society. And then there are laws. Laws created by the United Council of Felines and compelled by their Enforcers, a rag-tag team of Werecats who work only for the Council. Some believe they're a myth, I know otherwise...

My abuela broke a law and was punished for it. So, I took the liberty of studying those regulations so I could get better at defying them. 


The Council is made up of 8 Werecats:

Female Cougar- Joleen

Male Tiger - Bataar

Male Lion - Hondo

Male Lynx - Bramley

Male Panther - Diego

Female Snow Leopard - Victoria

Male Leopard - Aaron

Female Cheetah - Adanya

The United Council of Felines Constitution of rules and guidelines which are enforced through an established special task force to govern the behavior of Werecats:

-If a Werecat is found guilty of killing a homo sapien, they will be subject to execution with the exception of self-defense or protecting the secrecy of the Werecat society

-No Werecat is allowed to tell homo sapiens of their species and origins, if done so then they and the human will be hunted down and executed

-A Werecat may kill a fellow Werecat only if it involves honor, territory, feeding and/or breeding issues

-Mixbreeds are forbidden, if they survive the birthing and are found, they must be executed on the spot. Any individual who defies this will be met with severe punishment

-Werecats can only live in a pack/pride/herd/family with their own species, with the exception of the Council's Enforcers

-A leader Werecat, in charge of his pack/pride/herd/family, holds the power to arrange the marriages of his followers. Those who reject the arrangement will be met with severe punishment

-If an Enforcer ever make a decision not approved by the UCF, they will be executed and replaced

-If there is suspicion of a Council member committing treason, they will be heavily interrogated

-If the Council member is found guilty, they will be executed and replaced

-If a witch is found in any Werecat territory, all Werecats hold permission to execute on the spot as long as it does not violate any laws involving homo sapiens
