Where Anyone is Possible

The Council is known to be composed of more than 25 beings, all of which are different species of immortals. From the holiest Angels down to the dark entities, Demons. Each one representing their own kind.
The Council was first known as The Immortal Government, first created at the year 120 AD. Autumn the Sixx was one of the founders of The Council after fleeing the 13th Dimension and moving to the world of the mortals. She was joined by a fallen angel, Andrealphus; an elf named Reethar, a werewolf named Lycaon, a satyr named Greska and a demi-god named Losmel. The reason for The Council's existence is to serve as a body of lawmakers for their kind; this is why they are most known as the immortal government as they serve the purpose of controlling as well as serving their people.

At the year of the 1600's The Councils number grew as each of the member and founder split from all corners of the world to search for the wisest and most trustworthy member of each of the many different species. The Council was completed after 10 years just in time as the immortal nation has reached a peak of rivalry and extermination.
Each one of the members of the immortal group wrote laws for their own kind. After each had done with their set of laws, pass it down to the rest of the members for revising so that things would be fair. After the process has been done, laws have been set out to each specie which has caused both peace and uproar most especially to the Vampire, Demon and Werewolf society. This had caused The Council to step up a notch with not only laws but penalties when the laws are broken.

Autumn Sixx has set out the strictest laws for her kind. Not to be drinking from humans have been and still is a problem, but when caught is sentence to death by beheading or burning under the heat of the sun. Biting and turning with or without the consent of the one to be turned is against the Vampran Rule as Autumn has understood this to be the main problem of her kind. "Biting and turning is really a very painful thing. If a vampire does so without proper practice - he or she can kill humans and this is not acceptable. We need to lay out laws and boundaries between men and immortals and stop this insanity before it gets even worse." she once told the members of the Council. With the appearance of a 21 year old, no one took Autumn seriously. Only when she had jumped at the Shapeshifter when he had called her an incompetent little 'bitch' did they realize that her physicality was nothing more than a mask to hide her dangerous identity.
After years of laying laws and acting as the Vampran Representative, in the year 1948 Autumn stepped down of her position. This change has taken a toll on the Vampire Nation as the new representative, Count Vladivostok proved to be a cold hearted and sinister leader; one of the events that has shaken both The Council and the Vampire society was Autumn's punishment after protecting a young and newly turned Vampire whom attacked a couple in the park. Though this was against the rules of the society, Autumn had made sure to clean the accident and wiping the memories of the couple, before taking the young Vampire into her care. Autumn was sure to throw her own laid down laws to the council stating that: "Any young vampire without the guidance of an older vampire is excused of any attacks. She did not know what she was doing, I conclude that she should be released and be taken in for proper care and guidance." Even so Count Vladivostok took Autumn in for judgment as well as the young vampire. Autumn the Sixth was chained to hot silver for 6 hours without blood or anything else to eat. By her release, Alicia Finn, the young vampire at the age of 14; was dead. Vladivostok has sentenced her to burn under the sun.

After this, Autumn no longer wanted any part of The Council. An Angel, Adonai has asked Autumn to stay but she refused saying: "You, an Angel should have stopped the sentence. How could you do that? Sit and watch as she burned under the sun? What if one of your kind was killed? How would you feel if a brother or sister of yours was sentenced to a punishment they did not deserve?" she told him before walking out. Adonia however did not stop her, but understood her pain and therefore asked the Council to leave her be.
A few years later, The Council has called on Autumn once again right after she had moved to live in Zion. She was asked to be part of the Council but refused for the second time. When this was done, they instead have given her another proposal that she no longer refused. Being a Lawbringer served to be the best choice for Autumn, though she is against The Council and still serves as the members advisor - Autumn Sixx is both feared and loved for her generosity, understanding nature and ferocious sense of justice.
