George Kirk

George appeared at the foot of the stairs. He’d taken a room of his own, in the past week, and had been healing fast. He had decided to let his beard grow out more, and already, the emaciated thinness was starting to become wiry muscle. He was still much too light, compared to the pictures Kirk knew of the man. And at his height of 6’3, he appeared to still be in a state of starvation. But color had begun to return to his cheeks, and the thick lines upon his face begin to relax a bit. But he still remained silent, wordless, aside from a notepad and pen he now kept handy in a pocket. He paused where he stood, and glanced around, trying to figure out what, precisely, was going on.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Yeah he’s my therapist and would probably go for fun, most likely no deal required.”

Eva Sparda

Is not the same one she knew…. well… either but is not fully aware of this yet. Suddenly there are new eyes and she turns to see a man as tall as she . Her eyes flicked over him and then to Kirk.. back again. Interesting, she mused. He looked enough like him to be his father….. A slight grin touched her lips. “friend of yours?” she whispered to Kirk.

Captain James T. Kirk

Everything else in the room faded out of existence, save for seeing his father standing there again. Not quite as full as he was before? Save for what he’s noted in previous pictures. But he was getting there, which caused a smile to appear. Save for that nasty, yellow, prominent right eye. It was evidently growing even more prominent in color, for each hour that passed. Which also meant the worst, “My dad”, faint smile resumes, “…Dad! We’re over here”, he was going to bat-shit again when he tells him the upcoming news…

Multi Character

It’d be hard to miss Kestrel’s giant frame standing near the group where George’s son is. The massive man was 8’6 and was covered neck to toe in reflective black plated armor. His skin was a dull shade of gray and covered in etchings that appeared to be a maze or a labyrinth of some sort. His irises were the same as his skin albeit a lighter shade of gray, but with the inner workings of an ever changing labyrinth. Standing behind Kestrel is a much smaller figure with blue skin, and colorful clothing. They looked ridiculously out place just like Cairo and Kestrel do when standing together, but Glint had a fashion sense that just clashed. The color of the clothes didn’t match at all. Kestrel turned to George just to show the man that he sees him because well…as a former Operator he has 360 degree vision no matter where his eyes are positioned. “Dad?” Oh shit boi.

Alex Danvers

Danvers gained a faint smile, seeing George. Kirk’s dad. He seemed to be doing better, even if there was still a ways. He… probably didn’t know about most recent events. He wouldn’t like it one bit. For now she watched George, nodding at him. ”Hey, George.” A polite smile. Even if she didn’t feel all that great. They were all gathered and he was more than welcome to join them.

Kara Zor-El

Kara had never spoken to the man, despite being one of the people rescuing him. In fact, this was the first time she had seen him since then. Already up and moving. That was fast for a human. Right? Honestly she had no idea. Either way, he was up and walking. That was good.

Colonel Sam Wildes

Sam grabs Fisher and walks upstairs with his dog, disappearing from view. To do, God only knows.

George Kirk

He flashed a smile at Kirk, and stepped on the stairs, but he was a bit distracted. His attention fixed upon Kestrel as he walked in their direction. His gaze flicked to the armored frames’ hip, looking for a light-saber, and those enigmatic etchings for any sign of the Imperial Sigil, or the emblem of the 686th Inquisitorium legion. He walked with a straightened back, and proud eyes, but he still seemed a bit unsteady. Not that a breeze could knock him over, mind. But perhaps a strong enough wind. He pulled out a chair, near Kirk, and sat slowly, his eyes finally moving away from Kestrel, and to James. His eyebrows raised slightly, as if to ask what’s new?

Eva Sparda

She stayed out of the way, and his line of sight. She knew they had little idea about what she was but the way they acted around this man indicated something was not right and honestly, he looked like death warmed over. So, she stayed as unobtrusive as a silvered hair half blood could.

Captain James T. Kirk

James retained his smile, though it was a very weak one. And with the full realization of what he’s done? That smile is gone, just as soon as it’s appeared. Gone. Disappointed. This was not what was planned. But as its been said, over and over again. It was unavoidable. Why can’t they have more good times? They’ve had more than a few days to talk, discuss the past. But the taunt from Malis, the slither of her power against his skin: even though he believed that he could deny it? Ignore it? Unsure. He’s rather unsure about himself again. “Everything, Dad”…

Multi Character

That odd rectangular box floating behind Glint beeped impatiently, and Glint nodded at it. Kestrel’s armor has no markings on it whatsoever. If it did the markings would be some symbol from the Slaughter, but even so the Collective wouldn’t want to be universally known + traced back through a unique marking. They weren’t foolish, but they weren’t impossible to kill either. “Back to Titan’s Rest then?” Kestrel sighed, and Glint nodded affirmatively. The giant man took a look at George for a good while. “I wish I could stay longer, but Kingfisher needs to be lent a hand. Kirk..er…James?” He’s not sure what to call Kirk anymore because there’s two of them now in a way. “You have the cube right? If you need to contact me for any reason, do so through it.” Assuming Kara had given him the cube that is. “There’s other things it can do too, but communication is all that’s necessary at the moment…” Nods. “Alright. Glint?” The Hyperlight Drifter took a few steps back with Kestrel so they’re more in the center of the Inn, and the two are engulfed in a pillar of prismatic light that was bright but not blindingly so. Afterwards? Gone. Back to Titan’s Rest, and Glint to Genesis.

Kara Zor-El

Kara still had the cube. Writer forgot about it entirely. Rest assured, its in safe hands for now.

Alex Danvers

This wouldn’t be a pleasant moment for sure. It made her said. Silent. This was terrible. The wait made it even worse. Why not exchange her? It would give them more time. Kirk was who they wanted, not her. Not truly.

George Kirk

He blinked from the brightness of the flash, and the surprise of it’s suddenness. His eyes roved for a moment to the silver haired woman, Eve, but his gaze didn’t linger long, as the younger Kirk answered him. George glanced back, and stared at him, expectantly. Little point in wasting paper here. He raised a hand, and gestured a motion like a tape rolling forward. Go on…

Eva Sparda

She watched but discreetly, not wanting to interfere and knowing that they did not really trust her yet. Fine place ya sent me to this time.. She mentally teased herself. Damn fools, always sending me to places they don’t trust me.

Captain James T. Kirk

Three days? Four days? Maybe a little over a week with him? And he’s going to be leaving for how knows long? Courage. “…Exchange”, should be a big enough tip off, right? “…Me. For Pike”, just now lifting his focus back up to George, “…Sometime, next week”, starting to frown again…

Aleks Khalass

– He was quietly cursing at what going on. This was why he was out in his realm. At least there, his opinion mattered. Kirk to him was being reckless.-

Eva Sparda

One silver eyebrow was lifted. He had agreed to an exchange? Pike must be the one that he was saying they had. She leaned back into the chair and pondered. if they knew where he was, she may be able to get in….. no, he had said they did not know where…

Alex Danvers

Her eyes started to water, though she didn’t cry. No. Not here. And so she just rubbed her eyes. Listening and watching as Kirk and George conversed.

George Kirk

George’s face became stony, and still as he stared at his son. He didn’t move. He didn’t react. He didn’t reach for his pen and paper. He just stared. But the message was clear. Kirk better start adding more detail, and fast.

Captain James T. Kirk

At his stony features, Kirk dropped his head down even more: now, seeing the veritable cost of his mistake. One, that: again, couldn’t be avoided. “…. I went outside, a few nights ago. I needed some fresh air”, he reiterates, “..And when I went outside, a certain succubus, was out there waiting for me, cutting me off from the others with a barrier”, he says, silent for a few moments more, “…I was angry with her about her for lashing out against another succubus”, down and up, to the side at the other people. His focus found his dad again, “…She, more or less. Dared me to do the Noble Thing”, more silence, more emotions, “…I hesitated about the switch. Me. For. Pike”, swallows, “..And she sent some of her power into me. I denied it. I know that I denied it”, must not have, “….And a few minutes later, I was agreeing to a trade”, he’s not even sure what’s real anymore….

George Kirk

His eyebrows bunched up a bit, and he shook his head slowly. Then he reached into his pocket, and with the kind of controlled calm that only came when George was already two past wrath, he carefully wrote the words. “It’s a trap.”

Aleks Khalass

I have to agree with your dad there. – He looked to George. At least he was the sane one. Well, sane like.-

Alex Danvers

Danvers listened, trying to picture how it all went down. The way he described it. Maybe if she had used Foresight she would have know it would happen. But alas, she hadn’t. Out of fear. Fearing things like these. Another deep breath, while her sight was getting blurry. Even if she could have seen the piece of paper, the tears in her eyes wouldn’t allow much to be seen. Danvers remained silent and listened for now.

Kara Zor-El

Much like her sister, Kara was also silent, while slowly looking at the ground from where she was at. No words. What could one say? The general situation was just horrible. Her attention was on Danvers, Kirk and George.

Captain James T. Kirk

He’s staring down to the note-pad, with the words that he’s written on them. Though Danvers emotions, aren’t helping his own: to stay clear. Slow nod resumes, “I know Dad”, faint grin, “…But? I got . a backup of sorts”, so very vague, “..It’ll be alright”, he confirms, “….It’ll just….take some time”

George Kirk

George shook his head vehemently. “They will kill Pike.” he wrote, underlining the word ‘Kill’.

Eva Sparda

She nodded to Jerry who presented her with yet another Singapore Sling which she drank half of in one shot. She tried not to listen in on them now. Private conversations and all that.

Captain James T. Kirk

“So what do I do, Dad?”, he asks, “…Tell me? Call it off?”, he says, “..What do you want me to do?”

George Kirk

He nodded, and then wrote, “Fight them. Kill them all.” He pushed the paper closer to Kirk, and tapped the sentences sharply, then quickly added. “Get the fleet here. Destroy their ship, and don’t let them hurt anyone else.

Colonel Sam Wildes

Sam comes back down with a sleeping bag big enough for a double bed and throws it down in a corner of the room. He crawls in it, Fisher padded over to him and laid at his feet.

Captain James T. Kirk

A look over his shoulder to Sam, whom isn’t very trustworthy yet in Jim’s book. Then back to the paper in front of him. Kirk uses an extra pen and writes: ….The less casualties, the better. I have another way, that will completely eradicate their existence. I have a plan, Dad.

Eva Sparda

She was humming to herself as she enjoyed her drink. Her eyes did flick to George every now and again but never lingered long.

George Kirk

He stared down at the paper, and a look of discontent still twitched across his features. “Which one offered you the deal?’ he wrote, and looked back up at Kirk.

Alex Danvers

At this point, she had gotten herself a whiskers whiskey in a chilled mug. Her second mug today or something like that. She sipped it once, while merely listening and observing.

Captain James T. Kirk

James is nearly terrified to write even her name down, why? Reasons. Scant stare back to his father, then to the notebook in front of him. Kirk writes:……M. Starts with an M. Look, I know it’s the worst decision, but I also know that it’s the best one! I know someone who can get Pike out of there, before I even arrive onto the ship. I know what I’m doing. But I am listening to you….

George Kirk

“If you try and win, they come back, and kill us all. If you try and fail, a lot of people die. If you go with their plan, all of us die. And don’t trust that they are even unified in this.” George was writing furiously fast, but kept glancing up at James with a fierce look of resolved anger on his face. “DO. NOT. DO. THIS.” he wrote each word on a page of the note book, and then flipped to the next, the letters of each word filling up the page they occupied.

Captain James T. Kirk

He drops the pen: so emotionally tattered that he just cannot put the energy in for another twist of the fingers, no matter how remote. Does he look up to George? No. Yet the emotional chaos going through Jim’s face should be confirmation enough, right? Kirk writes:…So we leave him? To Rot? To do nothing? And we don’t move here? We don’t eliminate them while we have the opportunity? DAD!! I GOT YOU OUT!!! I GOT TO GET PIKE OUT!

George Kirk

“YOU. CAN’T.” He wrote, and grunted sharply, his fist clenching around the pen so tightly his knuckles turned white. “This is a trap or nothing. You don’t know where Pike is, if Pike is even alive, or what resources they have.” He paused, and dropped his pen, running his hands over his eyes, then into his hair, as he took a deep breath, then wrote again. “Have you heard of the Green Eyed God?”

Eva Sparda

Already she was bored…. for a place that needed help it sure was boring, she mused to herself. No talking, just scribbling. She watched George and wondered why they only wrote. Keeping secrets from her? Maybe, they had no idea who the hell she was. Made sense. But she did not think so. Sipping her drink, she watched the man, waiting for something that would explain it. Voice lost? Tongue gone?

Alex Danvers

Danvers leaned back in her seat for now. She didn’t want to interrupt the conversation between father and son. She was here, though. Always.

Colonel Sam Wildes

If possible Sam contact’s George’s mind and asks “what are you writing?” The voice was not that of Sam’s, more sweet and light, like a breeze coming off of cherry blossoms.

Captain James T. Kirk

Jim isn’t even sure when he picked up the pen again? No idea if it was five minutes? Nor even: ten minutes later? But Kirk finally picked up the pen and wrote:….No. But I’ve heard of the, One-Eyed, One-Horned Flying Purple People Eater.

George Kirk

“They might have one of those, for all you-” He stopped, and then stood sharply, his chair being knocked to the ground as he rounded upon the rest of the room, his eyes searching each face. Danvers, Eva, Sam’s. Everyone’s. Then he turned back, and began to violently scoop together the papers. He reached for his pocket, and held the bundle aloft, lighting the sheaf of them on fire.

Eva Sparda

She jumped as he moved suddenly, frowning as he burned the papers. One silvery brow was lifted. “Uh, ya okay there?”

Colonel Sam Wildes

Sam laid there not making a noise or moving, seeming to be asleep.

Alex Danvers

Danvers looked at George as his eyes searched her face. But she said nothing. There was nothing she could say at this point. She had a feeling George had been against the idea as well. No one liked it. But Kirk had a plan. They had to believe in that. That it would work.

Captain James T. Kirk

Jim is still looking down, though he could smell that the sheaf’s of paper had been destroyed.

George Kirk

He scowled fiercely at Eva as she asked, and set the papers down upon the table to finish burning out. Then he wrote a new message, on a different piece of paper. “Compromised.” He set it down, and then tapped on his own chest, just above his heart, shooting another glance at Eva. He added, below it. “No more planning. Not now.”

Eva Sparda

Her eyes widened slightly as she was not answered nor did his looks make her feel comfortable. “Look, if ya want me ta leave ya be, I can go.”

Kara Zor-El

Kara had, of course, been prepared to use some Freeze Breath on those burning papers. But it was calm enough. Actually… said breath didn’t necessarily have to be at freezing temperatures. Either way, it would have been helpful in putting out said fire.

Captain James T. Kirk

Could his brain get any more lopsided than it already was? Side-glare was given to Eva, but then more questions to George. Either way, either way. Compromised. He frowns at this, and just? His features twist into an array of emotional segues, although most of them are rather tormented.

Eva Sparda

And now a glare from Kirk. “Bloody Hell-fire.” She muttered under her breath as she finished her drink. Setting the glass down, she rose.

George Kirk

He shot a look of hatred and disgust in Eva’s direction, and exited the Inn, hurrying off, towards nowhere in particular.

Eva Sparda

Her jaw dropped. “What the hell did I do?”

Captain James T. Kirk

Gone! Jim used, Force Speed, to hopefully catch up to his Dad outside! “Wait!!!!”

Kara Zor-El

Kara set off right after, using her super-speed!

George Kirk

He whirled around, and stopped, crossing his arms over his chest. He shot a look of annoyance at Kara, but his gaze returned to his son.

Alex Danvers

Well then. That happened really fast. One moment he was here, the other he was gone. And now Kara and Kirk were gone too. Wait… outside! Danvers got out of her chair quickly. Outside was bad!

Captain James T. Kirk

“Where are you going?”, could it be any more of a plea? “Why are you outside so late like this?”, it only brought back memories of his last visit with M.

Eva Sparda

She lifted an eyebrow as they others chased him. She marked the fact well that Kara and Danvers would chase after Kirk so quickly. “Chin up Eva, ya used ta this remember?” She whispered to herself. Shaking her head, she leaned back in the chair and stared up at the ceiling, “I know ya said it wouldn’t be easy Mos, but come on. Everyone on this damn rock hates me already.” She rubbed her eyes with the heels of her hands. “Hard ta help people when they run away from ya.”

Kara Zor-El

Kara had stopped and didn’t move. She even raised a hand ever so slightly to prove she was not here to cause harm or anything. George had stopped too and had given her a look of annoyance. Understandable. He didn’t remember her, most likely. Kara was silent but was there.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“I don’t hate you.”He muttered to Eva half asleep.

Eva Sparda

“Great. at least someone doesn’t.”

Aleks Khalass

– He sighed as he looked to the others. He then headed out. Though for him, it was almost time for him to head back home to his realm.-

Colonel Sam Wildes

“You’ve been level headed thus far and logically sound, I hope your the new tactician.” He murmured rolling over.

George Kirk

He threw his hands out a bit, exasperated, and then tapped his chest, recalling the earlier message. Then he took out a new notepad. “I heard them in my head. They’re in there. They might already know everything. You didn’t get me back, they gave me back. This must be why.”

Eva Sparda

“Not bloody likely.” She grumbled. All Kirk had done was threaten her… Why the hell was she staying? A low sigh was given. She knew why…

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Will you get me a Moscow mule and bring it to me please?” He asked with a yawn.

Alex Danvers

After some time, she caught up with the others. Took a while, due to them having Force Speed and super-speed. But she was here. Why had he run away? It was as if he was scared.

Eva Sparda

“No.”

Colonel Sam Wildes

He waved at a hob and it brought him a Moscow mule. “Who are you?” He asked sipping the drink.

Eva Sparda

“Eva. Who are you?”

Captain James T. Kirk

“My God!!!”, Eyes-widening, followed by an instant loss of breath and sheer panic rushing through Jim. Carefully, slowly: walking towards where he stood. It’s been in there, all this time.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Colonel Sam Wildes.” He muttered as he drank.

Eva Sparda

“Pleasure.” She muttered softly.

George Kirk

He nodded, and then heaved a sigh. He flipped the page, and then wrote more. “Until you do whatever it is you’re going to do… I should stay away.”

Kara Zor-El

This was… not good. At all. They were inside his head. This entire time? Kara frowned at this revelation.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“For now, until one of us wants to kills the other.” He said chuckling.

Eva Sparda

“Why is that the only thing people do here? Kill each other?”

Colonel Sam Wildes

“No but a storm’s a brewing and people are taking sides, you can choose Kirk or the imperial army, everyone else is to fend for themselves.”He said stretching and then picked his drink back up, sipping it, enjoying the sweetness.

Eva Sparda

Finally, some information. “What’s the imperial army? And I doubt an army is after one guy.”

Captain James T. Kirk

He is literally going to drop where he’s standing. But some of that old resilience shines through: shaking his head, and then aptly shrugging it off, “OK!! I’ll call it off!! I’ll stop it!!! I just don’t want you to go!!!”

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Some type of military force using futuristic tech, such as laser rifles and light-sabers, as for just him, no, they also want Alex cause they can, use the force, they don’t like that power outside of their ranks.” He said not giving a damn about telling her.

George Kirk

He shook his head. “I’m just going outside, for now. I’ll keep staying in the inn. But… Out of sight. And hearing… I don’t think your plan is a good one.” He wrote, and considered it for a moment, before shaking his head. “But you know better than me how this world works. If you think it will succeed… Do it.” He looked down at what he wrote, and then finished on another page. “I just met you, son. Don’t die so soon.” He held it up, and blinked back tears as he bit his lip, and raised his fingers to pinch the bridge of his nose.

Alex Danvers

Were they using the Force for this? Or any other means? Probably the first. She didn’t know too much about the Force, after all. Being fairly new and all that. Kirk was dropping down, saying he would call it off. Just to not see his dad go. She could understand that. For so long had he wanted to see his dad again, knowing deep down that he was still alive. The scene was emotions, seeing the words written. Whatever Kirk chose, they would succeed.

Captain James T. Kirk

Grown men aren’t supposed to act with their emotions. Sometimes, it’s even frowned upon within families. Yet even his son, can sense that George needs a hug. Jim ran right over to him, if allowed? And held the man as tightly to him as possible. Father. Son. Sibling. To Father. It was all of that…..

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Pretty much, like they have this Lady Malis, seemed nice but kept getting pushed by verbal jabs, that’s the only reason they don’t just kill Kirk and Alex, their supposedly, powerful.”

Kara Zor-El

The Danvers sisters hugged often and so they could relate to hugging. They probably had a hug sense at this point, knowing when it was needed. Kara watched father and son, even a faint smile showing.

Eva Sparda

“Did they say that or is that assumption?” Eva would pry now for whatever she could get from him. “So is this Malis in charge?”

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Guessing, I mostly sit around listening and trying to get this puzzle put together and no Malis isn’t in charge, it’s some fella named Speir.”

George Kirk

He held his son close, and tight. He shook his head slowly, and then backed up, only after a long moment. He held onto James’ shoulders as he pulled away, and stared sadly at him. He sighed, and shook his head, staring into the younger man’s eyes.

Eva Sparda

“Speir,” she echoed, filing it all away. “And do you know where their base is?” A half-assed-plan was forming in her mind.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Course I do, visited it, three days ago or so.” He said shrugging, licking whip cream off the top of his drink.

George Kirk

-There’s also a constant transmission indicating the location, along with an invitation for anyone to go there.-

Eva Sparda

“Where is it?” Would it be so easy? He was very talkative after all.

Colonel Sam Wildes

He wrote down the coordinates and held them up. “Promise to include me if, you do something crazy?’

Eva Sparda

“Why the hell would ya wanna come with me if I’m dumb enough ta do somethin stupid?” She asked as she took the paper. After standing and walking to him of course.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“I’m bored, I’m use to the action of a battlefield, so sitting around her eating sweets and yelling back and forth, is getting.”He shrugged to show he was growing tired of it.

Eva Sparda

“I will keep ya in mind.” She said with a chuckle.

Captain James T. Kirk

The hug wasn’t long enough. Sniffs. But he slowly separated from him once the time had come. “…Alright. I’ll stop it…..I’ll stop it”, but that still means going along with them? Or staying and knowing that Pike is? Who knows anymore? M, balked at showing him a holo-projector of him? So? So? Maybe? Maybe? He’s dead. Pike is dead: He reasons to himself. Yet more emotion flooded his face….

Alex Danvers-Today at 2:40 AM

It was a possibility that Pike was in fact dead. A holo-projector didn’t truly reveal much, other than the appearance of an individual. Or that was what she had gathered from the very few she had seen. Or Pike would be killed during the exchange. Anything else seemed rather unlikely at this point. Her gaze was focused on James and George for the time being.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Thanks.”

Eva Sparda

She was not sure which way to go. Request a meeting with Speir and find out that way or go to the base. She highly doubted Speir would be handling that so that meant someone else. A soft sigh escaped her lips as she moved away from Sam. Fine mess the Emerald got her into this time.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Don’t leave me.” He muttered.

George Kirk

He pulled Kirk back into a hug, and held him close again. Tight, strong, and warm. James could feel hot tears from George’s cheek press into his ear. The man who held him had breath that was controlled… but carefully so. As if he needed to, if he wanted to stay calm.

Eva Sparda

“Huh?” She turned. “Are you talkin ta me?”

Colonel Sam Wildes

“No I’m talking to Dean.” He points at thin air. “Yes you.”

Eva Sparda

Great. Another lunatic. “Uh yeah. Have fun with Dean.”

Captain James T. Kirk

It always ended like this: even when his dad came back to him. The crying. The hugs. The emotional intensity between them, simply ricocheted other forms of loss, hatred and recklessness. The Cycle. Kirk has very little restraint, when it comes to all of the above. Save for when decency is required. And Permissions. Now. Too lost. Even now. The left Eye, begins to glimmer in that darkness. Little flickers, that weren’t really there before. The Ire. The Hatred. The Loss.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“It was a joke, I was trying to be funny.” Little did they know, Dean Winchester was a voice in his head and some times he saw him.

Eva Sparda

“If ya say so man. No judging here.”

Alex Danvers

It was an emotional moment for sure. It was difficult not to be touched by it. Although she gave them their space for now. Just being there. Silent and observing. Even today had been a demanding day. For them all.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“So your gonna run off?” He asked Eva, with a quirky smile.

George Kirk

Yeah, the same cycle. And always the odd awkwardness afterwards. He let him go, and backed away again. They’d get over it, soon. Establish a ‘normal’, eventually. But for now… George cleared his eyes finally, and stood straighter a bit, stiffening his features, as the indications of his tears began to fade. He sighed again, and looked back to the Inn, over James’ shoulder. He held up again his notebook, and wrote. “Be careful, boy. I want a grandson, someday. Make sure your plan is foolproof.”

Eva Sparda

“Sadly yeah. I’ve got things ta do. Plans ta set in motion ya see.” She grinned, a hint of devilishness showing.

Colonel Sam Wildes

“Well ok, guess I’ll chill here, maybe take over the BBCT.”

Captain James T. Kirk

His tears haven’t stopped yet: and likely wouldn’t stop anytime, Soon. But Jim goes one step further and Salutes his Father where he stands. As if one could picture the full on salute and planes flying overhead for the man. Slow nod of the head, follows….

Colonel Sam Wildes

He points to the bed booth campsite thing and dives onto it. After getting up and taking a few steps, of course.(edited)

Alex Danvers

Danvers couldn’t help but smile at those words. On the notebook. He wanted a grandson. That was very sweet. That comment. Never knew what the future held. It wasn’t as if the thought hadn’t occurred. It was too soon now but they had the future ahead of them. And they were young. There was no rush. ”Grandson for George.” She said, smiling.

Eva Sparda

Shaking her head, she turned for the door. This place was utterly insane.

George Kirk

George straightened sharply, and saluted his son, who had grown to outrank him, by now. Not only in paperwork and position, but word and deed. His face was serious, and stern, as he saluted the younger Kirk. But he relaxed then, smiled softly, and looked at Danvers, dipping his head in quiet recognition of the one his son loved, and therefore, was loved by him, too.

Alex Danvers

Loves his son very much indeed. As for the feeling from George, it was mutual. Since it was Kirks dad. She had always been curious what he would think of the girl being with his son. So far, he had appeared accepting. So that was a good sign. The soft smile was of course returned to George.

Captain James T. Kirk

In truth: They might never be meeting each other like this Ever Again? Since George has been compromised? It also means that everyone else has been compromised. Jim, George, Danvers, Kara, Hania, Aleks, Khalass, Cera, to? Anyone and everyone that they’ve communicated with, right? And: Who knows how many others were at peril? Jim has received his father back, for a few days: only to have to him? Gone? Murdered? Sniffs. Yet no words can really be spoken…

George Kirk

He flipped the page, and then wrote a new question, on it. “Is there anywhere I can hide, from all of you, and the Inquisitors?”

Captain James T. Kirk

Jim took the pen and thought, (Not Star-fleet. They’d hear Everything). Where? Where else?:::: Star-fleet. You can use a portal coin to get there. (Jim slides over an extra one into his Father’s hopefully open hand)…

Alex Danvers

It would seem Kirk had a place in mind, due to grabbing the pen and writing something. There were places to choose from, though he had one. And she had a feeling it was a good choice, too.

George Kirk

He grinned wide at the idea of going back to Star-fleet. It’d be nice to see California again. But his eyebrow arched at the coin, and he took it with obvious confusion. Bus fare?

Alex Danvers

”They’re called Portal Coins.” She offered, seeing the confused look upon his face. ”You think of a place and you squeeze it.” A polite smile formed.

George Kirk

He nodded, and examined the device, turning it over in his fingers. He closed his eyes, and imagined the cool, bright halls of Star-fleet. He smiled, and squeezed the coin, leaving only Danver, Kara, and Kirk.

Captain James T. Kirk

Jim is thinking: I’ve given my DAD a portal coin to kill off Star-fleet, the Siths have heard it all: all of our conversations. And? I’ve just killed Star-fleet again: but with different hands.

Kara Zor-El

”Where did you suggest?” Kara asked, curious. Since neither one knew.

Captain James T. Kirk

Shook his head, “….I don’t remember”, bitter tears are bitter…

Alex Danvers

Danvers frowned at that. A lot was on his mind and so his comment was plausible. ”Don’t worry, okay?” She suggested. ”A lot has happened. Today has been overwhelming.” A nod to Kara as well.
