A place where people can show off their skills and get paid handsomely if they put on a show. Vlad made this place as his sort of retirement plan. If he ever gets bored of being a hitman he’ll just spend the rest of his days living in his residence on the premises. He has his own private box right above the arena with the best view of the action. People can sign up and register to be a fighter, they can even pick their opponent unless they’d rather just fight a few grunts, imp and what not. The aren can make walls rise up from the ground for those who want something more tactical and the outer walls are lined with weapons of all kinds. The only rule is the carnage stays in the arena.
