This is the “City of Evil.” or at least that’s what Ruby has head it be called she understands the world is against her and she doesn’t care she has plans and these plans must go on. Hellgate is a huge island that Ruby made using her magic but when she became a god she enabled it to travel between dimensions including her own as far as it goes the city has a outer wall at the docks full of defenses and then another wall further in with her elite units in between them is a large forest which contains beasts who will attack anyone who goes through without a special stamp on their hand beyond the inner walls is the city itself there are 4 main districts housing, Military, Industrial or job district, and Shopping and in the center is a large black onyx colored castle with elite runes protecting it aong with gaurdians for miles.
