Custom orders can only be cancelled for a full refund before printing has started. Custom orders that the printing process has began for will be refunded an amount that does not include material and time cost already put into the project. Any custom order that shows defects or issues can be returned,with a possible replacement at a discounted price, but custom orders are not open for full refund.

Non-custom orders can be cancelled for full refund at any time. Any non custom work that has been custom painted by the seller or modified by the customer can not be given a full refund, but a partial refund. The cost of painting cannot be refunded to make up for the cost of material used.

No exchanges will currently be allowed by the seller due to the unique nature of the products. Any pieces heavily modified by the customer or broken due to improper care or treatment by the customer are not liable for refund.

Shipping is paid totally by the customer, including returns.
