Cancellation:

Half the money is nonrefundable as stated in the "refund" category. The rest of the money will be returned to you. You may not be able to cancel after it's shipped to you.

Return:

If your product is damaged after a couple of weeks of usage, please send me a picture so that you have proof that it was damaged during shipping or within the two week time frame you can return it. If you're not satisfied, just message me you're not and we will take it back. Make sure it's washed according to the instructions if it isn't damaged. You will be expected to be paid to ship it back to me.

Exchange:

If the product is too small, or too big, or something else, you have two weeks to exchange it! You will not be charged for the exchange. You are, however, expected to pay for shipping it back to me but I will pay for it to be shipped back to you. If product is damaged, please send a photo of it ahead of time and return the damage good to me if you would like an exchange instead of returning it.
