Amara

A long yet short journey to a fortress. She needed to get to this man. She needed to take back her palace. When seeing the large building and some guards standing in front. “Shit…” She mumbled before fixing her dress. Making sure that the guards couldn’t see yet, she would make her chest was out and her dress was showy. An easy way to get in. She slowly made her way to the front gate. She wanted to see for herself if anyone would stop her.

Augustus Giovanni

The Fortress was always shut up tight when Tye was the Regent, even tighter when it was Daniel’s place. For Gus, there was a large number of reasons for it to be that way. As Amara approaches, the guards look at her as they would any potential intruder. Though neither carries weapons, both look particularly strong and both turn to face her. “Halt, what is your business here?”

Amara

She bit her lip. “W-well,” Her voice would sound soft. “I needed to talk to Mr. Augustus. Could you kindly let me through?” Her thick thighs rubbed together a bit. “I-I know you don’t wanna but is there any way I can change your mind?” Lavender hues met both of their eyes as she slowly started to pull down a bit of her dress. That would make any grown man blush.

Despite being vampires, despite their blood flow being very different from a mortal’s, they do indeed blush. One blunders over himself, nearly tripping as he half turns and gives another guard at the top of the fortress’ gate a thumbs up while the other is a bit more restrained. “Don’t tell anyone we let you in. If you do, our heads are on the chopping blocks. You’ll find him in his bedroom or the study. Follow the Giovanni in white suits. They’re his closest aides.”

Amara

This brought a smile to her smooth face. “Thank you. That was so sweet.” She blew a quick kiss to both of them and walked past. “That was easier then I thought…” She muttered softly to herself. Her lavender eyes looked around until she saw vampires in white, silently following them. Perfect. She could talk to the ass hole who took her city. As she followed, she fixed her dress a bit, it starting to ride a bit too low for comfort.

The route there isn’t so hard aside from the random guard here and there. The halls are cluttered with Giovanni, with humans, ghouls and typical vampires. The difference is that most of them seem to be busy or about their duties. Most of them are dressed in fine, upstanding clothing while others are more carefree in their approach. It really depends on the person in retrospect. Either way, soon, the white coats she’s following travel down a path that leads to double doors. When they swing the doors open, it’s easy, far too easy, to see the rich looking vampire resting on a throne that could very well be a bed at the same time, a few bodies curled on that throne beside him, each limp and lifeless. Females.

Amara

As she watched the people around her, she looked amazed. All these organized people getting their life together. But then they entered the throne room. She quickly followed of course. Right away she saw the greedy vampire bastard. Then the dead women. That sent a shiver down her spine. Her legs carried her closer.

Breaks were easy. They didn’t involve having to sign paperwork, seeing those who needed reassurance that he wasn’t going to go after them for no reason other than they had looked at him wrongly. He was in the midst of one such break when he noticed movement, movement of someone who wasn’t in white as he had established as a general color for a purpose of those who made use of the inner chambers of Consequence’s Mountain Fortress. Blue eyes settle on the strange woman, his arms crossing over his chest. In an instant, the chamber is filled with not just those few vampires and ghouls she had seen moments before but an entire fleet of soldiers, each one more menacing than the last. “You better have good reason for approaching without being announced,” Augustus stated, his voice thunderous, even with his rich, Italian Roman-esque accent.

Amara

Those blue eyes would meet her lavender ones. A chilling purple. As the soldiers lined up, she smiled softly. She just walked by, running a finger under their chins and chests, those siren eyes most likely filling them with lust. “Apologies monsieur Augustus. But I seem to be a bit upset with you. You see, you have taken something that isn’t yours.” She stopped in front of him, bowing. “My beautiful palace.” She looked up at him, her aura getting dark.

Augustus Giovanni

“Every thing becomes mine, given enough time.” Whether her aura has gotten dark or not, there is no visible dismay written on the Giovanni king’s outer appearance. If she knew him, she would know very well by now that usual tricks would never work on him, that her powers which may have worked on one or two of the vampires who surrounded them now would have no effect on him. He rose from his place at the throne, shifting idly from one foot to the next before straightening his black suit’s front. “You see, I came to this city because over the past few months, there have been bombs going off, criminal society has been running rampant without any control and, just to be fair, the economy here has gone to hell,” he started, his arms crossing over his chest. “I found it all too easy to overthrow in just an evening and part of the morning. The people here were like butter in my fingers, including these women,” as he glanced back toward the lifeless, naked bodies at his alter. “Humans of the city who threw themselves at my mercy simply because it was announced that I was now the ruling authority in this city.” He inches toward her, step by step. It’s far too easy to see the power exuding from his flesh. Darkness, shadows… an aura that cannot be dented by the likes of anyone other than an Antediluvian of his status or higher… Well, other than a few others. “Are you telling me you were a previous leader? That you ‘are’ a leader?”

Amara

“Would you like to bet with that?” Her thick French accent would still be very clear. As he got up and stepped closer, she stood her ground. “Well, it was gorgeous before you came. All that destruction and activity.” She blushed, biting her lip then thumb nail. “But then you came and messed up all my hard work.” And cocked a brow. “And then I was kicked out of my place by some blood sucker. These poor slutty woman.” She sighed. “And only because you started with an iron fist. I like more of the soft velvet.” As he gave off the dark aura, she blushed more. “Oh how I love a man in power. I love it when they try to tell me what to do. And of course I am.” She giggled.

Augustus Giovanni

Augustus was always a lustful man. As a human, as a ghoul, even now as a vampire as was very evident by the mess he’s left on the throne, a mess that, as they speak, is cleaning itself, blood and all, with a flickering of shadows darting over the surface of the throne’s pedestal. She’s blushing, so much that it’s very easy to see some semblance of what her powers might be. Enough that he’s stopped inching closer to her to watch her with a cautious stare. “There’s only one way to take a city for a Roman and that’s with blood and your own hands,” he states with an air that optimally gives route to his roots. “Let me be very clear with you, Miss?” he waited, as if gesturing for her name. “You might have had power in the city before but I run things now and things here will be tense here for a while but will definitely level out. What did you do from the background? Obviously you weren’t in the open or you might be dead right now.”

Amara

“Oh I see. So I should have killed more people? Makes sense! Amara Midae.” She giggled a bit, rubbing her thighs more as she stared at the woman. “I think we can arrange something.” She gave an eerie grin. “Oh, I can’t give away my secrets, that is foolish. What do you say we make a deal?”

She moved fluidly, as if it were second nature to her to appeal to both male and female sexuality. That gave him quick, mobile thought to look into the guards that had been watching the gates. Most of the Giovanni were talented when it came to protecting their minds. Some were not, as apparent to the open eye as the closed due to the few that had let down their guard when she turned on them. Augustus spared the other Giovanni a quick, painless glance before he lifted his hand. Immediately, the room bled into darkness around Amara and himself, depositing them both in a more quiet setting, away from prying eyes and the other Giovanni, though the shadows here in their new location, which very well turned out to be his bedroom, were all too active in the corners of both her vision and his own. Nosferatu, hired to protect him in case of an attack, though he could very well protect himself. “A pleasure to meet you, Amara. What sort of deal do you want?” he asked, closing the distance between them with a few short steps. “What could you offer me that I don’t already have?”

Amara

It was easy for men to fall to their knees, powerful or not. Amara was a powerful siren, even if she was not full siren. That is when the room went dark. And then a bedroom. “Oh so quick. I want a few drinks before we get too into this.” She giggled to herself then looked into his eyes. “A pleasure to meet you as well.” As he stepped closer, she licked then bit her lip. “A partner.” Her held out her hand. “How about a co leader type of thing. Every king needs a queen. Except we wont be getting married.” She gave another soft giggle, then moved her hair away from her neck. “Maybe also a walking drink I could offer?”

Augustus Giovanni

“No offence but I’m far from the marrying type these days,” he stated with a flat, devilish grin before peering around the room. He moves away from her, though isn’t quite sure what it is she expects from them just because they have moved from the main throne room to a place where it’s just the two of them. It’s more comfortable here, the room open to the elements, kept warm by magic, yet still holding a brief breeze that trickles at the flesh. He stalks toward the small bar at the edge of the room, a small mini-fridge located just beneath a tall counter. “What will be your poison?” he questions, turning around to look at her as she makes her offer, tugging back her hair from her neck. He’s tempted, very tempted, but he doesn’t know if there’s poison in her blood, if it’s a way to bond him to her. He doesn’t drink, not yet anyway. “I have had Queens, female ruling partners who did their fair share of ruling alongside me,” he starts, finally approaching her after pouring them both a few drinks. At that point, he leans in close, letting his breath trickle at the hollow between her throat and shoulder, where collarbone meets the tender flesh of her carotid. His barbed fangs just barely press against her pulse before he drawls back just an inch or so, holding her drink out to her. “Say I was to do this, give you my partnership. Who is to say you won’t betray me?”

Amara

“I am not the marrying type either.” She watched as he moved around the lovely room, to a bar that she didn’t even notice until he walked to. “Poison?” She gave a laugh. “I do not have one. It is very hard to kill a siren, sir Augustus.” She watched as his hand moved her hair, seeing how tempted he was. Then he hesitated. “Well, the queens seem to not have lasted a long time.” She bit her lip. Then he got back to almost drinking from her throat. So close. But he offered her a drink, and that is all that mattered to her. She quickly took it, drinking religiously. She looked into his eyes, some of the unknown drink dripping from her full lips. “Betray you? When my precious life is on the line? That would seem foolish, do you not think?” She raised a brow.

She seems eager, if not a little too eager, to enjoy the touch of his bite against her throat. But time, sweet time, keeps him from doing that just yet. After all, once he bites someone, usually it’s a done deal for the both of them for the rest of the evening and they’re still trying to work out a deal between the two of them. He shifts from foot to foot, gazing back into her eyes when she peers into his own. As she drinks her drink, his hand moves from her hair, briefly to her shoulder, gliding along the supple flesh of her upper arm down to her wrist. “You’re right, your life is on the line. So let me state it like this.. I’ll make you my partner, my co-conspirator, but if you betray me, I’ll ruin everything you have ever built, I’ll murder what family you may have. If they are already dead, I will find their spirits in the Shadow Lands and corrupt them to the point of non-existence and then, just for my pleasure, I’ll trap your spirit in my bed so you’re forced to accept your fate till the end of this universe. Understood?”

Amara

Sweet time? More like ticking agony. He started to feel her and she watched his hand. She smiled softly. Then he started to talk and her lavender gaze went back up. “Oh so you accept! Great!” She smiled widely. Then he started to speak all of these horrible things. It made her blush, panting a bit. “I-is all of this a promise?” She bit her lip. “C-cause you can murder anyone you want that I have cared about.” She was enjoying this. His dark aura. “Understood.”
