Sascha LeVante

**The sun was setting, sinking below the treeline until it looked as though it might set the whole woods aflame. It was not until the first glimmer of the moon rising did Sascha wake in order to do her usual hunting of the night. And as she slowly walks along the pine needle strewn forest floor, eyes down upon the ground to carefully look for tracks, bare feet reveling in the cool of the dirt between her toes, she pauses. Head snapping to the side, she frowns. She could have sworn she heard…something. Other than the woodland creatures she was smelling. Lifting her chin, a small breeze ruffles at her long white tresses over her shoulders. Carefully she turns in a slow circle, icy blue eyes looking all around. Her senses never failed her…but now? Something was off. It felt like…she was being watched. Pursing her lips together, the sensation does not sit well with her. She was the predator, not the prey. Unless it was a werewolf. To which she truly hoped it was not. She had not fed yet. She needed all the blood she could get if she were to take one of those on. But it would have lunged for her by now. Sighing anxiously, she turns and tries to go back to hunting. Maybe she was being paranoid. She did a lot of that lately.**

Adrastus

– Yes. She was being watched. Intently. Obsessively. Hungrily. Using his ability to cloak himself there would be no way she could detect him. Blending with the shadows himself. Holding each dark shade to his body like a dark lover. Not even a leaf moved when he passes branches in pursuit of Her. HIS. She had always been HIS. From the moment he laid eyes on her two hundred years ago when she was but a young and vibrant young healer in the far off land of Norway. Quite a few worlds away. It took him awhile. But he found her. As he knew he would. He knew it was her. He could see the vicious and beautiful scars all along her back. Scars he gave her. He slicks and cold and pale alabaster hand through his jet black hair. To see her without any interference over his dark blue eyes. Thick lips curl into that cruel smile so many know him for. He could smell her. The musk of the woods with some floral hint…lilacs. He inhales deeply while following her silently.-

**Fingers were gently playing over her throwing knives that sit in the thigh belt on each leg, over her stone washed jeans. The black tank she was wearing was snug over her toned and lithe torso, though still gave plenty of room for efficient movement when hunting. And she always walked around bare foot. It helped her to move faster. Again she turns her head. Brows were furrowing down now. Wetting her lips she draws a knife. There was a smell and then it was gone before it could be absorbed by her heightened senses. A small growl emits from her lips. Someone was there. Watching her. Which she was not happy about in the least. Mostly a solitary being, she didn’t like it when people or other beings tried to sneak up on her. Flipping the blade in her hand to hold the tip, she launches the knife into the shadowed area she thought the other might be hiding. And when she hears a dull ‘thunk’, she straightens.** Come out. Show yourself.

Adrastus

-Ah. Good Girl. She had at least developed the ability to know when her senses were alerting her to danger. And he was indeed a danger in many ways. So it is with no surprise he sees her knife come flying towards him. Not very accurate however. The knife misses his left shoulder by a whole foot and goes to stick into the pine he was standing next to. A grin etches into the corner of his lips and he shakes his head. Before moving forwards to face her he raises a hand with his palm upwards. Slowly he curls each finger inwards. As if he were flexing them to make sure they work. It was no simple gesture and Sascha would soon feel what it was he was doing. The scars on her back would sear into life. Burning at her flesh and biting like they were just freshly inflicted. And with this simple act she would know exactly who he was before his voice pierces the night.- “Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Is that any way…” His form moves out of the shadows and allows the scant shafts of moonlight to illuminate his tall stature.- “…to greet your beloved sire?”

Sascha LeVante

**Eyes continue to observe the shadows, even pushing what precious blood she has in order to pierce them with heightened sight. But…the darkness was being difficult. Then, suddenly, a ragged gasp leaves her lips. Her arms lift roughly, reaching for her shoulders, trying to get her hands round to her back, hands clawing at her shoulders. The heat. The searing. It shocked her sight with a comparable blinding white pain momentarily. Before she knows it she falls to her feet, knees hitting hard into the ground and one arm reaching out just in time to keep her from pitching forwards into the dirt with her face. White hair falls over her shoulders, obscuring her view as she pants, trying to regain proper eyesight through the pain. Her back felt like it was ripping its skin apart, or like hot coals were slowly being dragged down along the pale skin, opening them up to the cold air that lent no reprieve.** Aaaahhhhhhhnnnnhhh!!! **The pain is only pierced by the sound of HIS voice. Gasping a few times more…she fears to even look up. It can’t be. He can’t be here….not here!**

Adrastus

-Taking a moment he watches her fall to her knees. A proper place for her. At least when it came to him. A wicked chuckle leaves his lips as she cries out. Music to his ears. Just to hear her voice again. Even if it was in a painful cry for the wounds he was inflicting. Finally he moves forwards before her. The fabric of his black jeans seem to creak as he bends down upon his haunches. Reaching out a hand he would roughly take her chin between his fingers to lift her head up swiftly. Blue eyes sparkle in excitement at seeing her white blond hair. Having it touch against his hand after all this time.- “Sascha. Beautiful. Strong. Mine.” There is an audible sound of him inhaling deeply. “Did you think I wouldn’t come for you just because you escaped earth? Hmnnnn?”

Sascha LeVante

STOP! S-stay away! **But there was no resisting him. He was calling to her blood, making it near impossible to disobey. And she was already so weak, having not been able to hunt this evening. His fingers jerk at her chin and she has no choice but to look up into his dark blue eyes. Icy blue fear spikes through her. Overriding the pain in her scars momentarily. Her whole body wanted to shake. But she refused to. What little will she had, she was pushing to grasp at it rebelliously. Her teeth grit as he touches her. Her hand tries to slowly move for another knife at her thigh belt. Did she really believe she could injure him? No. But what other options did she have. Using all her speed she swings the knife upwards, aiming for his throat, the blade facing back towards her upper arm**

Adrastus

– A knife?? Really! Even as she reaches for the blade he was already slowly all the motions down with his heightened speed. He was old. From Roman times. A luxurious and excessive time where he had truly been happy. Well before he turned that is. So his abilities far surpassed hers. In his eyes she was still very much a fledgling. So as the knife swings for his pale throat he merely shifts half an inch back. And his other hand would catch her wrist in an iron grip. His form blurs he moves so fast. Yanking her to her feet his hand upon her chin moves to clutch around her throat. His fingertips dig into the delicate flesh and he turns to slam her against a large tree trunk. Now that she is at eye level he presses into her. His lips only a few inches from hers. Eyes scan over her throat. Up to her lips. And finally land on her wide eyed icy blue eyes. With a free hand he would move away the hair obscuring half her face from the sudden motion.- “I expected a better reception Love.”

Sascha LeVante

**He moved too fast for her. Her wrist is caught and before she can hardly respond, his hand is upon her throat. He was choking her windpipe. Good thing she didn’t need breath. But he could still crush her throat, snap her neck. Both hands grip his one hand. And as he moves close, her one hand moves to press against his shoulder, trying to keep him at some kind of distance. Not taking her eyes off of him, she was struggling against the pain that flared anew in her back from being slammed against the trunk. Gasping, canines bearing, her feet dangle defiantly and kick back against the trees bark.** ….I…HATE..you! …MONSTER! **The rasping in her throat is pronounced, as it was surprising she could even speak.**

Adrastus

“Tsk Tsk! Such words!” -Leaning into her he lifts her chin up more. His own canines are suddenly bared. A growl leaves his lips.- “Monster? But my darling you too are a Monster. MY monster.”- His hand would suddenly release her and he would move back a step or two. Hands going to his hips he watches her carefully. He paces before her a few times, eyes never leaving her form. One would say he were quite inured by her words. But that was far from the truth. It amused him. Motioning with his hand in a dismissive manner he rubs at his chin.- “Don’t worry. We will have time to get re-acquainted. Now that I have finally found you. In this….” -He looks around the woods they are surrounded by. A harsh smile coming to his lips with pearly whites glinting.- “interesting new world I find myself in.”

Sascha LeVante

**Released, she falls to her feet, nearly falling back to her knees before she is able to catch herself. Pressing a hand back against the tree trunk, she puts a hand to her throat, smoothing over the soreness. If she were well fed, her skin would be bruising by now. Glaring at Adrastus she presses her back into the tree, wincing at the pain, trying to recoil from him as far as possible.** Leave me. I’m not yours. You made me. Tore me to shreds. And left. Why would you claim me now? After two hundred years?! **Her fingers were itching to draw another knife out of habit.**

Adrastus

“BECAUSE!” -Booming with authority he moves close into her once more. And with such a motion he would send another searing wave of pain through her scars. Scars that marked her as HIS.- “I wanted you to grow in your powers by yourself! Kill or be killed!”- The growl in his voice is unmistakable. He reaches out a hand to her again. Ensnaring a handful of her beautiful white blond hair and yanking her towards him.- “But your distasteful reluctance to BE a vampire is disgraceful! You hunt in the woods. Feed on ANIMALS. Not on what your Right is.” -Angular features contort into that beastly manner he has. Eyebrows draw down in anger and his eyes quickly pass from a dark blue into a blood red.- “I’ve come to break you of that. Mold you into the true potential you were always meant to be.”

Sascha LeVante

Ahhh! **A stagger as her scars flare again. Gods, how it burned!** Enough! **But even as she demands he stop torturing her, he grabs a handful of her hair and violently yanks her towards him. She herself growls, not liking how he was essentially tossing her about like a rag doll. Flicking her hand up she grasps at his wrist, tightening her grip as much as possible to try and inflict pain. Any pain. Something to make him leave her alone. She was strong. But he was far stronger than her, by age alone. And he was making that quite clear with his attentions upon her.** Just because I need blood to survive…..doesnt mean I have to take it from humans….! **She snarls at him, baring her canines as if that might intimidate.**

Adrastus

– A snarl of his own would sound much loudly into her face. His voice becomes low and guttural.- “You. WILL. Feed on humans. Even if I have to break every bone in your body and force your weak minded head into a helpless human throat!” -He would move quickly. Blurring in his speed as he yanks further on her hair in order to fling her to the ground onto her face harshly. Again he would move in a blur. This time taking his booted foot to press down upon the back of her neck and swiping a hand down along her back to shred the black tank top down the center completely. Her scars fully exposed now. Angry and red with dark oozing blood starting to seep to the surface.- “Your going to obey. By force or by choice.” -Reaching down he would dig his claws into her back. To remind her of the pain he could so easily inflict.-

Sascha LeVante

**Her screams echo through the woods as he tears anew into her scarred back. Blood tears form in her eyes, even as she struggles to wriggle free of his foot to her neck. But it was like fighting solid steal laying across her. Slamming her cheek into the ground she grits her teeth and squeezes her eyes shut. She would rather he get it over with, kill her. Even though she could heal herself later, the pain was all the same. Even as her body squirms under his administrations, she is unable to get out from under him. Digging her nails into the ground she tries to push the blood into her viens, trying to call to her fortitude to give her some kind of protection against his assault.**

Adrastus

-The way he rips into her back can only be described as intense concentration. Hair wildly falling around his face as he cuts into her. But he must restrain himself after what seems like an eternity of motion and blood. His chest rises and falls as though he were winded. The air on his flesh felt like it was stinging in small bumps. Grinding his teeth together he can only rake a hand back through his long black hair. Staring down at her he finally removes his foot from her neck. His feet move to straddle over her and he once more crouches down over her back. Bending his head down to whisper in her ear.- “Heal up my darling. I have plans for you. Soon.” Standing to his full height he pauses for but one second more and stares down at her. That cruel curl to his lips returns and he suddenly moves away. The shadows reach for him. And he is gone.-

Sascha LeVante

**She had gone limp. Fingers were still clawing at the ground, in sheer hope that the pain would end soon. Blessedly, it did. Only after he had opened her back immensely. Like the night he made her. All but drained of any blood that would help her to heal faster, it is a slow process as she fights to stay conscious. Sensing he is no longer near her, a low moan leaves her lips as she tries to lift her body. That wasn’t happening. So she lays there, closing her eyes. And mistakenly falling into blackness.**
